Empathee’s focus on improving resident experience begins with giving facility managers the ability to send surveys out to their residents to see what areas of their operation are in need of improvement. We developed an online surveying tool that allows managers to send surveys out to their residents at key points in their residency so they can track how their experience is improving.
The most important aspect of improving resident experience is to identify the areas that are in need. We designed and developed an in-depth analytics dashboard that allows managers to track the progress of their coaching lessons over time. Managers can view individual survey results or view aggregated data in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly intervals.
Since most of a resident’s interactions in an assisted living facility are with support staff, managers owners need a way to reinforce positive customer service principles.
