Matt Perasso was looking to create an online portal for his real estate brokerage that would mirror the quality of the upscale North Jersey homes that he sells. The website had to be as impactful as walking into the entryway of one of the luxury houses he showcases in the affluent New York City suburbs.
One of the challenges that our team faced when developing the website was to give context to the impressive list of homes that Matt Perasso was listing. We integrated a tone-setting video on the homepage to introduce visitors to the area and promote the idea that all of the listings are an extension of the grandeur of New York City.
An easy to use backend system allows the client to add new homes for sale or to purchase and provides them with an online tool to help expand their business.
As an extension of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, the site needed to match the prestige of one of the foremost purveyors of luxury items in the world. Simple and elegant design coupled with striking photography allowed us to achieve that goal.
