PerformX’s focus on improving patient experience begins with giving doctors the ability to send surveys out to their patients to see what areas of their practice are in need of improvement. We developed an online surveying tool that allows doctors to send surveys out their patients right after their appointment so they can track how their patient experience is improving.
The most important aspect of improving patient experience is to identify the areas that are in need. We designed and developed an in-depth analytics dashboard that allows practice owners to track the progress of their coaching lessons over time. Doctors can view individual survey results or view aggregated data in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly intervals.
Since most of a patient’s interactions in a doctor’s office are with support staff, practice owners need a way to reinforce positive customer service principles. PerformX gives doctors the ability to send targeted coaching lessons to staff members and engage with them using real life examples of interactions with patients.
